Providing all items on your order are in stock we aim to ship within 3
days - weekends permitting (although it is usually next day delivery).
However during busy periods e.g. Christmas please allow the full 3 days.
All our parcels
are sent either by Royal Mail FIRST CLASS RECORDED Next day delivery aim
(Up to 2kg in weight) or Parcelforce 48 delivery service (over 2kg in
weight), depending upon the weight and size of the item.
If you wish to have your over 2kg parcel
sent Parcelforce 24 please contact us for the additional premium price.
PLEASE NOTE: We will email
you as soon as we have posted your order to advise you of the delivery
date.
Dorcas & Mae Interiors & Textiles keep an extensive stock and we make
every effort to deliver your order complete - however if stock is not
available part deliveries will be sent (unless otherwise instructed) and
you will be advised of any item which is out of stock. Delivery of
items which are out-of-stock may take from 6-8 weeks - as soon as any
out-of-stock items are available we will ship these to you.
Please note that out-of-stock delivery times are only an estimate and as
such we are unable to guarantee delivery times - we will however keep
you up-to-date on your order and it will be shipped as soon as we
ourselves receive it
At Dorcas & Mae Interiors & Textiles we operate a no-quibble refund
guarantee as long as the following is observed.
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt,
unused, in good order and in its original undamaged packaging. We will
refund the money to you (or exchange the item if you so wish),
minus the original postage and packing charge.

Parcels that are
returned remain the responsibility of the customer and unless they are
received by us a refund/exchange will not be given. We recommend that
you send any returned item by Recorded Mail and that you also retain the
Proof of Postage. All goods are returned at your own
expense.
If the item was
damaged upon arrival (i.e. damaged by the courier firm) or found to be
faulty upon receipt, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods
- a replacement item will be sent to you (or refund if you prefer) with
no charge for the new postage and packing - we will also arrange
collection/refund of postage so that the faulty goods can be returned.
