PACKING - UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES
Postage
and packing will be applied automatically to your on-line shopping cart
as part of the checkout process. The postage and packing cost is based
upon the weight of the total items purchased and is applicable to all
mainland United Kingdom destinations, there is
a minimum postage and packing delivery charge applicable to each order
based on a minimum weight of up to 1kg.

PACKING - NON-UK & NON-UK MAINLAND DESTINATIONS
We are
happy to ship items ordered with a non-UK or Non-UK Mainland
destination, please contact us for a shipping estimate.
Providing all items on your order are in stock we aim
for next day delivery either Parcelforce 24 or
Parcelforce 48 depending upon the weight and size of the package
or to ship within
3 days of cleared funds
being received for your order (although it is normally
next day delivery - weekends permitting).
However during busy periods e.g. Christmas please allow the full
3 days.
PLEASE NOTE: We will
email you as soon as we have posted your order to advise you of the
delivery date.
Dorcas & Mae Interiors & Textiles keep an extensive stock and we make
every effort to deliver your order complete - however if stock is not
available part deliveries will be sent (unless otherwise instructed) and
you will be advised of any item which is out of stock. Delivery of
items which are out-of-stock may take from 6-8 weeks - as soon as any
out-of-stock items are available we will ship these to you.
Please note that out-of-stock delivery times are only an estimate and as
such we are unable to guarantee delivery times - we will however keep
you up-to-date on your order and it will be shipped as soon as we
ourselves receive it
If an ordered item is out of stock at Dorcas & Mae
Interiors & Textiles but in stock at the manufacturers we aim to deliver
within 14 days - we will of course advise you of this fact and the
delivery date as soon as we are able.
At Dorcas &
Mae Interiors & Textiles we are doing are bit to help the environment -
we utilise and recycle all packaging wherever possible. This means
that chances are your goods will not be contained in a nice brand new
box - however all the reusable packaging will be clean and fit for
re-using.
We hope you will continue this policy and re-use or recycle our
packaging.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Dorcas & Mae Interiors & Textiles we operate a no-quibble refund
guarantee as long as the following is observed.
The item must be returned within 7 days of receipt,
unused, in good order and in its original undamaged packaging. We
will refund the money to you (or exchange the item if you so wish),
minus the original postage and packing
charge.

Please mark your
parcel 'RETURNS'
Parcels that are
returned remain the responsibility of the customer and unless they are
received by us a refund/exchange will not be given. We recommend
that you send any returned item by Recorded Mail and that you also
retain the Proof of Postage. All goods are returned at
your own expense.
If the item was
damaged upon arrival (i.e. damaged by the courier firm) or found to be
faulty upon receipt, please notify us within 5 days of receipt of goods
- a replacement item will be sent to you (or refund if you prefer) with
no charge for the new postage and packing - we will also arrange
collection/refund of postage so that the faulty goods can be returned.
PRIVACY
POLICY
We do not receive or keep your credit/debit card details and do not
distribute your personal contact details to any third parties. We will
however add your email address to our database so that we can send
occasion product special offers and our monthly newsletter.
Should you
not wish to receive information from Dorcas & Mae
Interiors & Textiles please e-mail the following requesting your contact
details be deleted from our database.
